Bill is the Owner of PMI Perimeter, and he has 22 years of professional experience overall. Over the last 19 years, Bill has worked for global, national, and regional commercial real estate companies in roles spanning accounting, finance, acquisitions, asset management, brokerage, business development, and debt/equity placement. His broad career path has provided valuable experience in numerous types of real estate including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, industrial, and ground-up development projects. Bill has always strived to provide excellent customer service to his clients nationwide.
Jessa is a valuable team member at PMI Perimeter who is here to serve all of our customers and clients, while providing support with marketing, leasing, maintenance, owner/tenant onboarding, and other operational tasks. Jessa has a strong background in the hospitality industry as well as the customer service industry with over seven years experience. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying organized and watching shows about interior design and home improvement.
