Bill is the Owner of PMI Perimeter, and he has 27 years of professional experience overall. Prior to opening PMI Perimeter in 2020, Bill spent 20 years working for global, national, and regional commercial real estate companies in roles spanning accounting, finance, acquisitions, asset management, brokerage, business development, and debt/equity placement. His broad career path has provided valuable experience in numerous types of real estate including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, industrial, and ground-up development projects. Bill has always strived to provide excellent customer service to his clients nationwide.

Jamie is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He ran a family-operated property management business in London and managed a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties in New York City. He also brings construction experience, having been involved with renovations and project management. Having built and managed portfolios for clients in the past, he is acutely aware of the needs and requirements of customers.
Carmen joins PMI Perimeter from another nationally-recognized property management company with eight years of overall experience. She has a broad skillset in customer service, inspections, onboarding, bookkeeping and maintenance coordination. Over the past four years, she has served as a Team Leader, providing for highly efficient property management operations across hundreds of properties.
